Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI):

MBTI is the world’s most widespread instrument for deciding your personality type. The tool has for more than 50 years been used across the globe and it has been translated into a variety of languages, including Danish.

MBTI can be used for both personal development in work life as well as in private life.

Human House is official partner with Oxford Psychological Press (OPP), who owns the rights to the tools. We certify in both MBTI Step I and the extended MBTI Step II.

This course equips you with a powerful understanding of the MBTI, its structure and possible applications and with the skills and knowledge to use the MBTI tool with individuals and teams. During your MBTI Step I training you will learn to understand the differences between personality types, and enable groups and individuals to work together more effectively.

The MBTI questionnaire describes a persons personal preferences divided into four dimensions:

Ekstroversion (E) – Introversion (I)

Sensing (S) – Intuition (N)

Thinking (T) – Feeling (F)

Judging (J) – Perception (P)

The MBTI can be used in business, education, career development and in consultancy.

This extended course will give you practice in using the MBTI Step II with individuals and groups, adopting an experiential approach. You will be working with the same four dimensions as in step I but furthermore be working with facets within each of the preferences. Each preference has five subscales, which gives a deeper understanding for the different preferences. MBTI step II is thus working more in depth with how people express their preferences differently.
